What is the injection molding machine used for?

Injection molding machine is used to mold plastic products, nylon products and other automatic special equipment. The working process of the injection molding machine includes steps such as pressure lifting, heating, mold closing, injection, pressure holding, and mold opening. In a working cycle period, the actual pressure and actual flow rate of the injection molding machine are changing, sometimes large and sometimes small, and sometimes it is almost zero. When the actual flow is small, the oil supply of the oil pump is far greater than the actual consumption of the load, and the supply exceeds the demand. The surplus hydraulic oil under high pressure is all overflowed through the overflow valve. The hydraulic oil in the high pressure state releases a large amount of heat energy after passing through the overflow valve. This part of the energy dissipated is actually part of the electric energy absorbed by the oil pump motor from the power grid. The longer the low flow state is maintained, the greater the power dissipation. Therefore, there is a serious energy waste problem in the hydraulic system of the injection molding machine.
